The Law Firm you need to handle your general legal questions, and when necessary, your litigation, mediation and arbitration needs.

Mike_Profile.jpgFor the last 18 years, Michael has focused his legal work on civil litigation, primarily handling medical malpractice cases, but also litigating cases involving serious injuries from auto accident and slip and fall cases.

Michael graduated from Widener University School of Law in 1995.  Upon graduation from law school, Michael completed a one year judicial clerkship with the Honorable Patricia LeBon in Burlington County Superior Court, where he developed an intricate knowledge of the behind the scenes working of the judicial system.

After his judicial clerkship, Michael began work as an Associate Attorney at the preeminent law firm of George, Korin, Quattrone, Blumberg and Chant, P.C. in Woodbury, NJ., where he handled almost exclusively the defense of medical malpractice cases, and developed experience in how insurance companies assess and resolve cases.

After a year and half at George, Korin, Quattrone, Blumberg and Chant, P.C., Michael left to become an Associate Attorney at the premier Gloucester County Law firm of Hoffman, Dimuzio and Hoffman, P.C., where he handled exclusively the plaintiff side of personal injury litigation.

Three and half years later, Michael decided to start his own law firm, joining into a partnership with Jay Blumberg, Esq., who he had worked with at George, Korin, Quattrone, Blumberg and Chant, P.C.    At this new law firm, Blumberg and Lindner, LLC, Michael handled both plaintiff personal injury cases, including plaintiff medical negligence cases, and defense cases in medical negligence.  In doing so, Michael was one of the few attorneys in the State who regularly handled both plaintiff and defense cases.  Michael handled enough trials that he became Certified by the Supreme Court of NJ as a Certified Civil Trial attorney; one of only 8 currently certified civil trial attorneys in the County of Gloucester.

Over the next 12 years, the firm of Blumberg and Lindner continued to grow to 5 attorneys, and over time, the percentage of work became heavily concentrated on the defense side, even though Michael still attempted to maintain an equal split of plaintiff and defense cases.

Then in 2012, Michael made the decision to split from the firm, and established his own firm, Lindner Law, LLC,  in his hometown of Pitman, NJ.  At this firm, Michael is handling most general practice matters, including real estate, contracts, landlord/tenant, wills, and municipal court cases, but will have a primary focus in the areas of plaintiff personal injury resulting from medical and dental malpractice, auto accidents and slip and fall cases.
